How to Get Your Shit Together Once and For All (a flowchart)
This one-page blueprint helps you make decisions, solve problems, and achieve your goals.
Happy Monday, my fine feathered fucklings! Today’s tip comes in flowchart form, an organizational game-changer if ever there was.
A recent conversation in the NFG Chat reminded me that planning and decision-making can send many of us into fits of second- and third-guessing ourselves, or even straight to “analysis paralysis,” aka not knowing where to even begin solving a problem, attacking a task, or following through on a Big Life Change. (Or even a small one.)
Well, for my money, the answer to all of that is: YOU BEGIN WITH A GOAL.
What are you trying to accomplish, prevent, or solve? Start there, and the rest will follow.
To aid you in your quest, I’m delighted to offer this one-page guide to achieving pretty much anything you set your mind to, using my patented GYST Theory as a roadmap for success.
As always, you should feel free to print this puppy out and tape it to the fridge, fold it up and carry it in your wallet, or download and save it as your smartphone wallpaper if you know how to do that kind of thing, which I don’t.
And now, without further ado, may I present…
Get Your Shit Together: a flowchart
There’s more where that came from…
If the flowchart has you feeling MOTIVATED AF, check out these posts for further reference—including a primer on the What/Why Method for Setting Goals, achieving those goals using GYST Theory (Strategize, Focus, Commit!), and unleashing the power of small manageable chunks:
PS: If you’re new here, don’t sleep on the other NFG flowcharts I’ve dropped over the last few months in re: giving fewer, better fucks and saying Fuck no! to things you can’t, shouldn’t, or don’t want to do.
The flowchart is fantastic, it made me giggle 😂
