2024… my theme for the year is SLEEP. Everything I do or don’t do either helps me sleep or not. I’m happier and healthier when I sleep close to 8 hours a night. I like well rested Bonnie. Well rested Bonnie is pleasant to be around.
Haters are going to hate though. Some people are miserable and hate someone who is cheerful (or well rested). To those people… 🖕. I’m going to be me. The mildly introverted (mostly around people that I don’t like or really can’t seem to get past the small talk), cheery and bubbly (because yes I got my 8 hours of sleep last night), with some awesome personal policies (I decline all baby and bridal showers) best version of Bonnie!!!
Using mental redecorating to remind myself that my 2024 goal of working out more is so I can feel physically better, go on longer walks, and have my clothes fit a bit looser. If that also equals weight loss that's fine, but looking the way people want me to look is not the right goal for me.
Would love to hear what other people are doing for themselves this year!
Who else is here in 2025 🙋🏻♀️ this is amazing for suggestions and really does help to reframe the things I think I *should* do

Sleeping is genuinely one of my favorite things to do. I don’t know what that says about me...and I don’t care 😆
